How do I contact you and where are you based?

How do I get a quote?
Before I will quote for your bespoke arrangement, we can arrange a free one-to-one consultation. This will be an informal, friendly chat – no hard sell – just very relaxed, about everything to do with your vision.
When do I pay?
Once the order details are agreed, payment is required in advance of the completion.
The exception is for wedding flowers. Payment is required no later than 8 weeks before your wedding day. I am also happy to arrange a payment plan if that helps you manage your budget.
Do you have a minimum spend for wedding flowers?
I do not have a minimum spend for wedding flowers. There is a non-returnable booking fee of £100 which will be included in the overall price.

How many weddings do you do each year?
I do a very limited number of weddings a year. This enables me to give my undivided attention to my couples to ensure that their flowers are as beautiful as they can be.
Where can I see photos of your style?
Do silk flowers last outside?
Surprisingly yes they do. Of course, they can last for years inside, away from strong sunlight. But, for hanging baskets, window boxes and grave memorial flowers silk flowers will look lovely for about 9 months to a year before they need to be refreshed.
I also use a spray that protects the flowers from UV light, so they maintain their colours for much longer.
How do you clean silk flowers?
The easiest way is to use a clean soft brush, like a make up brush. Give them a flick every now and then, like any other ornament, to keep them looking gorgeous.

Are silk flowers cheaper than fresh flowers?
Yes, if you buy artificial flowers from budget outlets. However, the quality can be questionnable sometimes.
I don’t use budget outlets. I only use sources that provide top quality silk flowers made with fine fabric, and beautifully crafted with great detail and realism. And these can cost as much as fresh flowers. But, of course, they will bring you beauty and pleasure for years.
How early can I place an order?
You can place your order as early as you like! Silk flowers have no use-by date! For example, birthday and anniversary flowers can be ordered well in advance if that works for you.
Wedding flowers can also be ordered months ahead of the big day.
How long will it take for my order to be made?
This will depend on what is included. I will give you an estimate when you place the order, and keep you updated with progress as we go along.
generally, individual arrangements take about 10 days to a fortnight. Hanging baskets and window boxes may take a little longer if there are two or more required.
How do I pay?
Payment for all orders is made via PayPal or by bank to bank transfer
