Silk Flowers for your Wedding

Why choose silk flowers for your wedding florals?

The obvious reason to choose silk flowers for your wedding is that you can take your bouquet home as a keepsake.

But that’s not all!

Silk flowers are ultra-realistic and ecologically sustainable.  Say good-bye to plastic or foam flowers. With advances in eco-friendly processes and manufacturing, the best silk flowers are both sustainable and ultra-realistic. You need to look very closely to be sure they are actually artificial!

Colours are vibrant with depth and beauty, and with a large variety of different shades – including some that you wouldn’t find in nature for that modern chic vibe.

Affordability: Top quality silk flowers are not inexpensive. However, they can last, and retain their beauty, for decades. Taking care of them is simple and minimal and they will continue to give you pleasure long after fresh flowers are a distant memory.

Versatile: Silk flowers can be blended with fresh or preserved foliage, and can be reused and repurposed after the wedding.  Bridesmaid bouquets can double as gifts, and table centres can be used as gifts for your guests. Even buttonholes can be popped into a bud vase to brighten up a bedroom or bathroom.

What makes me different?

What makes me different from any other silk florist?

*Eco-friendly As much as I can, I use eco-friendly foundations to all my bouquets and arrangements – no foam! I also prefer to use preserved foliage which is natural and kinder to the environment than artificial foliage (which can look plasticky) And yes, this costs a bit more but it’s worth it in the end.

*Sustainable value: I make sure that practically everything I make can be reused and repurposed after the big day. That way you get really good value, and can enjoy your flowers for years to come and not just in photos!

* I don’t have a minimum spend. This means that whether you are having a small, intimate wedding, or you are considering table decor as well as bouquets and buttonholes, the service is the same. As a very rough average, my couples have paid in the region of £580 for their florals. And, of course, every couple’s vision is different – which is one of the joys of working with you.
