Terms & Conditions

Just so you know, these are my terms and conditions for the shop

Processing time

Orders will be completed as soon as possible. I will always make sure you are kept fully informed about progress and when you can expect your item.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

I don’t accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Returns

If your order is customised for you, unless any items arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns. 

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the order is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Deadlines

If you have a specific date or deadline, please let me know – it is important we both take into account the time to make your item.

Please make sure you allow for any delays that may be encountered in postage and delivery, especially for international orders. If you would like express/first class delivery let me know.

Packaging

Every order is carefully wrapped. I may use shredded paper for extra protection (watch out for a paper storm when you open the parcel!) To reduce the impact on the environment, I avoid using bubble wrap, and recycle boxes wherever possible

Postage and Delivery Times

Dispatch of your order is usually within two to three working days.  Large orders take longer, of course, and I will always keep you informed of progress.  For shipping, I generally use Royal Mail second class & signed for service. Their delivery time varies a little but is usually within 3 – 4 days.  Express delivery is available if you prefer – contact me in advance of ordering for a quote on the cost. 

For large orders I use a courier service with a signature required on delivery.  As with Royal Mail, their delivery times can be variable but are generally within 3 – 4 days. I always use their tracking service to keep a check for you.

Incorrect Address

I can only ship to the address you provide me. PLEASE check your address and make sure it is correct. If I ship to a wrong address that you provided, I do not refund, but of course I will do everything I can to help you get your item.
If the order makes it back to me, and you wish the order to be re-sent to you, you will be liable for the additional postage.

 

Postage delays and losses

At certain times of the year, such as Christmas, postage delays are common – please bear this in mind when ordering and allow plenty of time so we can both be sure your order reaches you safely.

Is it lost? An overdue parcel is an unhappy situation for both of us. I will do everything I can to help and make sure you are happy with your purchase – which may not actually be lost but stuck in the system somewhere!

 

When do I pay for my order?

Full payment is required before the order can be made and sent.
